弟弟人仔細細就設計出一個無懈可擊的藉口，他一副嬉皮笑臉的樣子說：「媽咪呀，唔知點解，我個腦成日都想整到我曵曵㗎！」

DIY craft with kids

It's a trend of to do DIY craft honework with your children across schools in Hong Kong. You hear me right, DIY homework with your children, not with your parents,  now you see whose this homework is.

Anyway, it is still enjoying to do. This year, Linus and I made this DIY snow globe by a waste plastic container, a pine we picked up from the ground, and an old doll. 

We used glitters as snow. I used flour before, it then turned out not snowy, but foggy, I even suspect it was a smog!!!

About human history

This is actually a children book I read to Lucas tonight.  What a beautiful book!

Post exam depression

I can't believe Lucas has post exam depression.

'I am upset because the exam is over.  I want to do revision! I want Mami!'  This was exactly what he said.

Wait... why I was associated with 'examination'??

辛苦晒！

哥哥考試，弟弟在家很閒。他要我跟他玩，但我真的沒有時間。

弟弟突然靈機一觸，話： 媽媽，我諗住落樓下clubhouse玩，因為我會玩得好大聲，如果留響屋企玩會嘈到你同哥哥溫書，我唔想嘈到你哋呀！

嘩， 真係辛苦晒！

可愛的哥哥

吃飯時，哥哥笑咪咪地告訴我他門牙起來鬆鬆的，很快會脫掉。說時他又高興又害羞，臉也紅了起來。
孩子會為自己長大而覺得驕傲呢！

「懂」。。。你懂嗎？

今天陪哥哥溫中文。他無聊地在紙上畫了那個像印章的東西。
我：專心溫書.....你設計印章嗎？袁重花....那個像韋字的是甚麼字？
他說：這個東西不是印章，這是一個「懂」，你要整個正方形去看。
我：甚麼？？？甚麼是「懂」？
他：所有東西都是「懂」。糖是「懂」，花又是「懂」，朱古力都是「懂」。（然後將一整粒金莎放入口）
我：（語塞）非常玄妙。可否再解釋多些「懂」為何物？
哥哥：（在右邊畫了一個小圓，上面加一條粗線，然後指著）看，「懂」就是一個solar system。
我：（呆了）大師，你看通人世，修成正果了.....

弟弟跟爸爸講佢想玩hide and seek,但係發音唔正，講咗hide and sick，哥哥聽完，就問hide and sick係唔係搵到對方就要食(sick)咗佢!

Finally I got my kindle a cover. I call it a beige leather jacket, which matches the leather fashion trend in fall and winter.

喂，細佬！

今天發生了一件匪夷所思的事。
下午，我帶著弟弟去屋苑門口接哥哥放學。頑皮的弟弟爬上路旁欄桿，半個身位突出馬路。
正當我喝止之際，有一住在屋苑的年輕人向著我們說：喂細佬唔好呀，你咁樣好危險㗎！ 同埋你會整污糟個pat pat囉！
我向著弟弟說：你聽唔唔聽到呀?成日都唔聽話。
年青人：佢成日都唔聽你話㗎？
我：er.....係呀。
年青人：點解呀？
我：er…..依個年紀反叛D掛。
年青人：佢幾多歲呀？
我：4歲半。
年青人：哦.....（向住弟弟）喂你唔好整D花花呀，你知嗎？花同我哋，同埋D魚一樣，都係有感覺，會覺得痛㗎！
原來弟弟覺得很尷尬，躲到我身後，摸了路旁的小菊花。這時，弟弟比之前更尷尬，頭也不敢抬。
我：咁佢以後再曳，你可唔可以幫我教佢？
年青人：可以呀。喂細佬你要聽話呀吓！
匪夷所思的是，這位年輕人其實是一位5歲半的男孩，老積程度我前所未見。

I want to give him an explanation in this way:

If someone blocks your view when you watch TV, you can say, you are not transparent, are you?
If a boy stares at another girl in front of his girlfriend, the girlfriend will say, you think I am invisible, huh?

My family

In the lesson of 'My Family', a teacher was asking her K2 class what their daddy would do at home. Some children said 'my dad reads book for me', 'my daddy snores', 'he reads newspaper', etc. Then there was a boy called Linus, raised up his hand, told everyone loudly that his dad kisses mommy at home.

人生的計劃

六歲的Lucas己為他三十年後的人生安排得燙貼。

他說：「我會到阿根廷做恐龍學家，三十五歲跟婷婷（他的幼稚園同學）結婚，然後生一個好可愛的寶寶。寶寶會在阿根廷出世，那他就不用（從香港）乘飛機來那麼辛苦。你（即是我）會跟我住在一起，幫助照顧寶寶。」OMG！！！

家長這身份

老實說，我成為媽媽前從沒有當媽媽的憧憬。（不要誤會,我那兩個活寶貝是計劃生育的成果。）就因為這樣，成為人母後所經驗的每一件小事，我也覺得新奇得來有點古怪。

例如跟孩子們上親子班，好像抱著一舊小粉團唱歌跳舞，總覺得有禮貌的家長們暗地裏比試著孩子們的表現，覺得有點搞笑，但說不出為何搞笑。心裏又有點不安，想跟仔仔說這裏很不cool，媽媽想去飲杯alcoholic drink，你想一塊兒去嗎。。。

第一次參與parents’ day (一個讓家長們互想認識的gathering)，拿著盛滿即溶咖啡的紙杯，然後對著其他家長傻笑，跟著開始懷疑自己是否有社交恐懼症。。。

最有趣是哥哥上年九月開始要做功課。第一次見到那些手冊和回條上的家長簽名一欄，先大笑地說家長簽名這件事實在太retro，太老套了，定過神來，才猛然醒覺我就是那名要在虛線上簽名的老土家長！

Infinity

Lucas asked me if 'infinity' is a number.  Okay, he gets me again by such a philosophical question.
Does anyone know the answer?  I know I can search it from Wikipedia, but I want to hear other people's thoughts.

The two Mr. Yuen Juniors were modelling last evening

My cousin asked my kids to help on a photo-shooting last evening for a product catalogue, with two more children from her friends.

My boys are the eldest among four, but they were the most uncooperative pairs.  They lied and 'swam' breaststroke on the floor, were being hyperactive, fighting with each other, bumping here and there.  In one word, uncontrollable.

If you look at the four models, you can tell obviously who were the barbarians.

Fortunately Lucas and Linus cooperated at last and the photographer could take several pictures for them.  They stayed quiet by the end because they were just too busy to eat up all eligible props.

What a funny experience!

洗澡

替弟弟洗澡後，用了一條又大又鬆軟的粉紅色毛巾包著他。我們擁在一起嘻哈大笑。突然發現，我跟他相識了不夠四年，為何我會這樣愛他？
