Gosh, I've serious muscle pain, should I stop doing exercise today? Or do I just use this as an excuse to skip workout today?
Wait, Yummy Mommy in Discovery home & health channel is talking about postpatum exercise, shouldn't miss!! Let see if there is any effective way to help me to squeeze into my original jeans earlier.

May the force be with you!
BTW, did I tell you that during the delivery, except the pain, what I felt was a strong force inside my body, which pushing Lucas out of my womb?
It is a very amazing feeling, the force is full of energy, is like a force from God or from the supernatural, which makes the little soul to come out and see the world.
This overwhelming feeling gave me the strong courage and energy, and even overcame my fear and pain!
After all, it is a wonderful experience, but if you ask me if I want to experience it again, at the moment, I will reply, 'definitely not!!'

Wow, Lucas is willing to sleep in his own play pack, finally.
And now I have time for my ownself, then I decide to write something in blog.
In the last few days, I was totally exhausted and lack of sleep. Should feed the mischief little one in the midnights and unable to detach from him during daytime. It gives me 2 dark eye circles and allergic and dry skin.
And as I wash my hands too often, my hands are becoming rough, I need to have a big dab of handcream after every wash.
Wow, being a mom is not easy, but lots of people in this planet are taking this job as their life-long career.
And now I have time for my ownself, then I decide to write something in blog.

My baby is so strange
Have you ever seen a baby:
1. Not willing to sleep between meals, especially during midnight.
2. Can smell where his mother is, once his mother passing by, he will cry in order to get the attention and wait for mommy to hold him.
3. Very energizing, can push mother' s breast away by one hand if he feels full when feeding.
4. Easy to fall asleep if many people are around him and talk loudly. (This explains point 1 why he keeps awake in late night.)
5. Loves to listen 2 CDs, they're The Sound of Music and Musical Mug.

Mess up
Yesterday, Lucas peed when he was having bath, the 'fountain' wet me and my mom trousers.
Today, he threw up when I fed him, all over my body.

Get back to shape
15 days after birth, my weight is 129lbs now, 13 lbs is lost. My target is 110 lbs. Hopefully I could achieve it in late July.
I am working hard on some gentle postpatum exercise, my doc only allowed me to have some stretching workout in these 4-6 weeks. Therefore, breast-feeding becomes the most effective way to control my weight.
Please let me know if you have any idea of losing stone and leave me a comment, thanks.

Meal, Poo Poo and Pee Pee
The strengths of Lucas are: drinking milk, poo poo and pee pee. It is very rational, he eats much, and then he poo and pee much.
More than a week after the birth of Lucas, I enjoyed the time with him especially the breast feeding moment, it is joyful to have a close connection between me and him. Although it's hard to breast-feed him in the first few days, now is much better.
Thanks god that I have a helpful domestic maid who helps me to do all the laundary, that's why now I have time to type this piece of diary. You know, being a stay-home mom is a 24x7 work without any annual leave, you should have wit and intelligence to stand any situation (e.g. some babies love to play their poo poo)*. I don't think I've the guts to be a full-time mom...
So far I haven't tried to change his diaper totally by myself, let alone those dirty diapers which meshed with poo poo, maybe I should try some days.
*We rushed to change the diaper when I typed this entry at that point.

Feeding him
We are getting on the right track today, Lucas gets the schedule of diapers change and meals. 3.5 hours a meal (breast feeding), and 8 diapers changed a day.
He had a bath today, thanks to Daphne for her demonstration. We video-recorded the whole process.

Hello pals, I'm back, with a new born life!!
Wow, have received so many blessings from you guys, thanks a lot!!
My little angel, Lucas was born on May 21, weight 7.8 pounds, significantly different from the expected weight my doc estimated.
I've experienced the most difficult moment in my life, not during the delivery (actually it is less painful than I expected), but after the delivery, luckily I could overcome it. Even though I had to go through two operations after giving birth, when I look at Lucas, I still believe I am a lucky girl, and I will have more courage and confident to face any difficulties ahead.

Nothing happened at all
I give up. I don't expect you to come before the due date, but please, don't stay in my tummy forever, my belly can't be stretched infinitely, okay?
BTW, I want to go back to work next week, I don't want to stay at home and suffer from all weird and negative thoughts in my mind.
